Return Method

If the delivered product is fake, incorrect, or out of order, we will refund or exchange it.
Since our shop is not a distributor of the manufacturer, we are not responsible for any failure of the product after use or more than 3 days after the product arrives.

Please contact us in advance if you cannot inspect the item because your family received it on your behalf or you were traveling.
If there is no contact, we will not be responsible for any product failure or damage after 3 days or more have passed since the product arrived, without exception.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.



Refunds

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will charge a cancellation fee of 15% of the purchase price.
In this case, 85% of the amount you paid will be refunded.

In the event of cancellation after delivery or refusal to accept delivery due to customs duties, refunds will not be made under any circumstances.
Please note that if the return shipping fee exceeds the order amount, an additional charge will be incurred.

Transactions for pre-ordered items cannot be canceled. Please consider carefully before ordering.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please note that it may take 1-2 months for your refund to be processed.
