Shipping policy

Shipping is  DHL, FedEx or Japan Post (With tracking number)

Shipping costs vary depending on the items in your cart.
Please select your preferred shipping method from the rates shown.

We usually ship within 1-7 business days.
(Shipping may be delayed if there is a rush of orders or if inspection takes time.)

Please note that if you order a pre-order item together with other items, your order will be shipped once all items are received.

It cannot be shipped to a PO Box , APO/FPO and Japan.

The duty exemption for shipments to the US ended on August 29, 2025

As a result, duties and customs fees will be incurred on all items destined for the US.

Due to changes in the terms of each courier, prepayment of customs duties is now required for orders to the United States.

You can check the customs duty amount on the checkout page.

Customs Clearance Fee are included in the shipping cost, so once you pay for your order, there will be no additional costs.

Please Note :

Luggage may be opened during customs clearance.
We are not authorized to take any of these actions by customs and cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by customs officers.
Therefore, please note that even if the goods are seized / lost / damaged by customs, we will not be able to provide compensation or replacements for those goods.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee.
The purchaser must pay the cost if it occurs.

If the buyer changes the address after shipping, an additional 15 USD will be charged.

Please understand that shipping companies will not compensate for minor damage to the product that occurs during delivery (such as minor crushing of the outer box containing the product).

In the event of loss or damage during delivery, compensation will be provided up to the compensation limit for each delivery method.
If you wish to be compensated for the full amount, you will need to pay 1.5% of the product price, so be sure to contact us before shipping.
