Product was great but highly disappointed with shipping and communication. A friend that lives ten minutes from me ordered after me and received his shipment before mine, and to make it worse he placed a second order after that and received it before my first shipment. I’ve reached out five times for an update without a response. I have four more orders with them and two of them are 13 business days past due shipment without tracking or a response to my email/ig msg. Spent over 5k with them and can’t even get a simple response.
